"Heroes Program"

NextHome Estates Realty Group has a special program for our “Heroes,” meaning current or former police officers, firefighters, health care professionals and first responders. This is our way of saying “Thank You” to those who provide such essential services to our communities, and our country. You can receive up to a $2,000 rebate* when you BUY or SELL a home using this program. (*Realtor credit is based on sales or purchase price).

Our "Heroes" may receive the following credits based upon the sale or purchase price of the home:

Sales or Purchase Price

$150,000 to $250,000 = a $500 credit
(or a $1,000 credit towards a $2,500 Estate Plan)

$250,000 to $500,000 = a $1,000 credit
(or a $1,500 credit towards a $2,500 Estate Plan)

$500,000 to $750,000 = a $1,500 credit
(or a $2,000 credit towards a $2,500 Estate Plan)

$750,000 and up = a $2,000 credit
(this credit may be exchanged for a $2,500 Estate Plan)

First Responder
If someone chooses to use their credit towards a complete Estate Plan, the estate plan will include a Family Trust, Certification of Trust, Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directive, and if you are purchasing a home, Mr. McKenzie will assist in transferring your new home into your new Living Trust! If you already have an outdated or poorly-drafted estate plan, these same credits may apply to upgrade your old estate plan.

If someone chooses to receive a monetary credit under this program, all credits will be transferred through escrow as a closing cost credit, for use at closing. This credit is valid throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Please note that an attorney-client relationship is only established by the execution of an Agreement for Legal Services between a client and Thomas L. McKenzie, Attorney at Law.

This program is available for both active military, and those who have served in the military. (Note: Our broker, Thomas McKenzie, has earned the Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP®) from the National Association of Realtors®. This program focuses on education real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs.) NextHome Estates Realty Group has a special program for those who have, or those who are taking care of persons with “special needs.”  Our broker, Thomas McKenzie, has been a licensed attorney for over 25 years, and has assisted scores of families in planning for those who require special needs. He has also personally drafted important and useful documentation (e.g. trusts, special needs trusts, powers of attorney, etc.) to properly plan ahead for the benefit of those with special needs. 

Under this program, Special Needs Families may receive up to a $2,000 rebate* when they BUY or SELL their home using this program. (*Realtor credit is based on sales or purchase price).
